Tahir Moore Saint Louis Concert reviews
Very disappointed :(
The singing was beautiful, but overall, it was a huge disappointment. The sets weren't right, the lyrics/script strayed from the original. The Phantom of the Opera is a classic and a masterpiece, and I don't feel there should be any right to change anything. So looked forward to this show for months, but seen Tahir Moore 4 times before and never been let down like I was this time. If it weren't for their talent, most of the evening we spent with our eyes closed, listening to the music and pretending we were somewhere else. It would have been a complete waste of money if it weren't for the singers. The 1 star was for them. The seats were terrible as well. We were in the first row and couldn't see a thing over the bar in front of us without leaning forward and arching our necks all night, and there was a note that "anyone found leaning forward will be asked to leave."
